Richard is an accredited Level 1 & 2 British Triathlon Federation Coach and a certified Freediver Aida 1 & 2.

A multiple ironman finisher and lifelong open water swimmer all over the world, most recently swimming the Solent for MND.

Favourite swim events have been Ironman Tenby (the North Shore just before the Hurricanes hit Wales!) and generally swimming outdoors with seals off the coast of cornwall or with herons and grebes in local lakes.
